Cristina Bowerman, chef at Glass Hostaria in Rome, is this’s weeks protagonist in the “Italian & International Best Chefs” series, with the best chefs cooking at Identità Expo, from Wednesday till Sunday, both at lunchtime and in the evening.

She graduated in Law in Bari and then continued her law studies in San Francisco. While in the US, she took a second degree in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Academy of Austin, Texas. This time it was the right choice. In 2004 she returned to Italy after her experience overseas at Driskill Grill; she then worked at Angelo Troiani’s Al Convivio in Rome.
