Giorgio Nisoli
Giorgio Nisoli’s career began in London, where he moved to build his expertise and experience in the world of mixology. Over the course of a decade, he worked behind the bar at several renowned venues, including The Berkeley Hotel, 69 Colebrooke Row, Social Eating House, and Sea Containers.
Upon returning to Italy, he started collaborating with the Farmily Group, initially focusing on training through the Farmily School program—an innovative format designed to give young bartenders the opportunity to engage with a distillery, a farm, and six independent bars, each with a distinct identity.
Today, he leads Tripstillery, the group’s cocktail bar, where house-made spirits are crafted and used to create new, evolving drink lists each year.
