Born in Italy but raised between France and Switzerland, the son of restaurateurs, he graduates in Hotel Management from the catering school of Lausanne and completes an MBA in Management at Henley, in England. After 7 years spent in Madrid and London with the Inter-Continentalgroup – in the UK he was food and beverage manager – he takes the helm of Palazzo Sasso in Ravello (now Palazzo Avino). Since it opened in 2004 he’s the general manager at Hotel Bulgari in Milan. On top of his role, he’s also the director of operations of all the other projects of the maison. Since October 2018 he’s the Senior Director of the brand: he coordinates the existing projects and the new openings.
