Great young cuisine at Identità Expo with Fabrizio Ferrari. On Mondays and Tuesdays for lunch Italian chefs are in the limelight in the section Contemporary Italian Chefs.
The second protagonist of the month of June is Ferrari, who has only seven tables at his tiny restaurant Al Porticciolo 84 in Lecco to please the longing for seafood of his clients. Fabrizio, born in 1980 and with a Degree in Law, started taking care of cooking when the restaurant opened by his parents Dario and Bruna in 1984 had already earned one star. Thereafter, it was a steady escalation. His cooking lingers over fish using very personal techniques (he learnt a lot from Redzepi and Uliassi…). The price per person is 75 euros including beverage.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
