On Mondays and Tuesdays for lunch extraordinary Italian chefs take center stage in the section Contemporary Italian Chefs: the best of haute cuisine. The young Fabio Abbattista of the restaurant Leone Felice at the Albereta Relais in Erbusco (Brescia) is the key player this week; he is the chef who took over from the master Gualtiero Marchesi last year. Born in 1977, Abbattista has been among the promising chefs of Italian cuisine since he was learning the nuts and bolts at the Hotel Management School in his native town of Molfetta. The Mediterranean Sea is an integral part of his style, characterized by a deep respect for raw materials and theability to brush up the influences of his childhood contaminating them with territories and innovation.

The price per person is 75 euros including beverage.
