«Food is tasty when you use your soul to prepare it»: this can be considered the motto of brothers Sergey e Ivan Berezutskiy, the two Russian twins cooking at restaurant Twins in Moscow and at PMI Bar in Saint Petersburg. They will be the stars on two special nights, on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th September, two not to be missed events at Identità Expo S.Pellegrino. They are part of the green wave of the new Russian cuisine and are in fact its most important leaders. Sergey was "Best Young Chef Russia 2014" and is the only Russian representative to win the prestigious S.Pellegrino Cooking Cup international contest.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
