«Food is only tasty when you prepare it with your heart»: this can be considered the slogan of brothers Sergey and Ivan Berezutskiy, the Russian twins at the helm of restaurant Twins Garden in Moscow, at number 72 in the second part of the World's 50Best.

Both have experience in acclaimed international restaurants: Sergey worked at Alinea, with Grant Achatz and won the title of S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna Young Chef of the Year 2014, while Ivan developed his talent in the kitchens of El Bulli and El Celler de Can Roca.

They’ve grown a lot and now use their knowledge to create their vision of Russian cuisine, based on local products, proudly sourced from their farm. Twins Garden is an exemplary follower of the farm-to-table philosophy: it’s the first restaurant in Russia to have its own farm.

At the moment, 70% of the ingredients come from there, but the ambition of the Berezutskiy twins is to become self-sufficient in the future, producing 100% of the ingredients.
