Simone Lombardi will be today’s protagonist at Identità di Pizza, the weekly space dedicated to the world of pizza which moves from Identità Milano right inside Expo Milano 2015, every Wednesday afternoon. A not-to-be-missed event in order to watch the evolution of a world, that of pizza, which is as dynamic as ever. Lombardi is a rather new character in the pizza world: young chef and pizza-chef, he used to work abroad and was meant to open a restaurant in Mexico City in July 2013 but then Andrea Berton convinced him to settle down in Milan, at Dry in Via Solferino. Among his masters, Enzo Coccia and Simone Padoan.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
