On Mondays and Tuesdays, at lunchtime, the extraordinary Italian chefs of the Contemporary Italian Chef format will be on the stage: the best in fine dining in two very delicious events.
The protagonist of the third week will be Antonia Klugmann, born in Trieste in 1979, a personal story that is very distant from that of most of her colleagues. The daughter of two doctors, she attended liceo classico, enrolled in Law Studies, did lots of sports (professional sailing, above all) while her passion for cooking arrived late, only in 2001.
She started with chef Raffaello Mazzolini and was an intern at Arquade with Bruno Barbieri, then worked with Riccardo De Prà at Dolada. In 2006 she opened her own restaurant, Antico Foledor Conte Lovaria in Pavia di Udine. She then worked at Ridotto in Venice, at Venissa in the island of Mazzorbo, until a new establishment she recently opened by herself, called L’Argine a Vencò in Dolegna del Collio.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
