Fabiano Omodeo, expert and talented bartender of the vermouth & cocktail bar I Due Buoi in Alessandria, is the first protagonist of Identità di Cocktail the new section in the calendar of Identità Expo.
Identità di Cocktail is an innovative event during which the guest bartender shows his art and technical ability in preparing elegant cocktails full of scents and perfect for these summer months too.
Omodeo is a bigwig of his sector. In 2012 his Hemingway's cafè, always in Alessandria, was awarded the title of best bar of the year by Aibes, Italian Association of Barmen and Supporters.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
