Moreni Cedroni e Haruo Ichikawa's menu

A special lunch with two renowned chefs, Moreno Cedroni and Haruo Ichikawa. Every week Italian & International Best Chefs is proposing a special meeting: the chef who enlivens the kitchens of Identità Expo from Wednesday to Sunday tests himself also in a four-handed duet with a foreign colleague, thus giving origin to a unique combination of styles.

Cedroni is the soul of the restaurant Madonnina del Pescatore in Senigallia (Ancona). Adrià said of him: «He is a chef with a soul, which distinguishes a simple good chef from an amazing one…».

He signs the four-handed menu with Ichikawa, chef of the Japanese restaurant Iyo in Milan the first restaurant of international cuisine in Italy to receive the Michelin star this year.


The price per person is 90 euros including beverage.
