This week the guest star of Italian & International Best Chefs is Davide Oldani, born in Milan in 1969, of the restaurant D'O in Cornaredo (Milan).
Enzo Vizzari so described him: "Davide Oldani’s ‘pop cuisine’ comes from far away. For now, it is the culmination of a project developed along a training and professional way may be no other contemporary Italian chef had the opportunity to follow"". Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations...
