"Sweet & Gluten Free": this is the title of the cooking class given today by Claudia Colombo within the calendar of Identità Expo.
Since 1999 the Arte del Convivio has had the purpose of making Italian and international cooking known thanks to the organization of training and specialization courses. Now it has established ConviviumLab, which thanks to the support of the best technologies organizes cooking shows, product presentations, team building events in the kitchen, dinners and tailor-made special events, photo shootings, and videos.
Today Colombo will explain how to carry out a real "mission impossible": kneading without gluten but with sweetness. The recipe of a gentle sweet.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
