The renowned Davide Scabin, one of the most esteemed and gifted Italian chefs, is the protagonist of the week at Italian & International Best Chefs, the best chefs cooking at Identità Expo from Wednesday to Sunday for both lunch and dinner. He is the most innovative of all, as Marco Bolasco writes: "Provocative, challenging and perfectionist he succeeds in giving his cooking contents which go beyond the dish, even though always focusing on taste.” He works where he was born, in Rivoli, in the area surrounding Turin. His restaurant Combal.Zero inside the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rivoli is the destination of enthusiastic foodies. The price per person is 75 euros including beverage.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations...
