Amazing four-handed dinner with two top class protagonists: today Davide Scabin, one of the most esteemed and gifted Italian chefs duets with Slovenian Ana Roš of the restaurant Hiša Franko in Kobarid, a few kilometers beyond the border. Every week Italian & International Best Chefs proposes a special event: the chef who enlivens the Identità Expo kitchen from Wednesday to Sunday tests himself in a special menu with a foreign colleague. Introducing Scabin is easy; he is the most innovative of all. As for Roš born in 1972, she proposes and disposes with a very special creative passion in a gorgeous inn deep in the countryside. The price per person is 75 euros including beverage.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations...
