Osteria e fantasia: un binomio goloso e vincente
16th-23rd June 2010: the continental borders of Identità Golose widen as the organization is ready to accept the invitation of the Comune di Milano to propose its affirmed format in Shanghai, China, hosting Expo 2010.
The chefs invited are all working in Milan, an ideal handing over of the baton in view of the next edition of the Expo which will take place, in 2015, in Milan. Seven restaurants over a total of 8 days. On every day there will be cooking classes for journalists, bloggers, chefs and enthusiasts. The overall theme is “Milano città creativa”, creative Milan, a leitmotiv developed between the past and an ever changing present.
One after the other, the ambassadors of restaurants that Milanese and Italian gourmet fans know so well: Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia, represented by chef Alessandro Negrini and sommelier Federico Graziani. Then Andrea Berton from Trussardi alla Scala, Elio Sironi, then at Bulgari, Pietro Leemann from Joia, Giacomo Gallina from Gold and Bice, and Davide Oldani's D’O with Alessandro Procopio and Umberto Zanasi. There will be a grand finale with Gualtiero Marchesi, sided by Enrico Dandolo and Daniel Canzian, chef at the Marchesino. The Maestro will paint, for the Chinese audience, the famous Dripping, the Golden saffron Rice, the summer soup. Applause will follow.
