Identità Milano is the new weekly format that Identità Expo dedicates to the city of the 2015 World Fair, the capital of Lombardy where Identità itself was born and holds its main congress. There will be 26 events, every Thursday afternoon, to present the city from an unusual point of view: each time, the protagonists in the city’s restaurant scene– not just chefs – will be presented and the metropolis will be sounded out focusing on a unique aspect, starting from what the guest will have to say.
Today’s debut is with Taglio, a successful restaurant case history in Milan and a demonstration of the re-birth of an area of this town (it is located in Via Vigevano).
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
