This week Moreno Cedroni of the restaurant Madonnina del Pescatore in Senigallia is the protagonist of “Italian & International Best Chefs”.
Cedroni was born in Ancona in 1964 and entered into the world of restaurants twenty years later... not as a chef but as the owner of the restaurant Madonnina. Little by little he was charmed by cooking and the meeting with Ferran Adrià in 1995 was of great importance to him. Few chefs are able to cook seafood as he does. Not only in his main restaurant Madonnina but also in the Clandestino, a light blue gazebo in the natural park of Conero; in the fish shop Anikò downtown Senigallia, in the tropical Clandestino on the Mauritius island and in the City of London, where he opened his restaurant Moreno at Baglioni.
The price per person is 75 euros including beverage.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
