This week the guest star of Italian & International Best Chefs is Davide Oldani, born in Milan in 1969, of the restaurant D'O in Cornaredo (Milan).

Enzo Vizzari so described him: "Davide Oldani’s ‘pop cuisine’ comes from far away.
