The protagonist of this week’s Italian & International Best Chefs, the best chefs in the world cooking at Identità Expo, is a renowned Peruvian chef, Diego Muñoz of the restaurant Astrid & Gaston in Lima (ranking 14 in the world according to the 50 Best). Muñoz is the successor of Gaston Acurio. In 2012, after 15 years spent in some of the best haute cuisine restaurants in the world (in Spain, France, Canada and Australia. Among others also at El Bulli, Mugaritz and Bilson's), the chef returned to his Peru where he has updated the cooking of the already successful Acurio’s restaurant. He continues with perseverance the effort of his predecessor in the search for biodiversity and Peruvian products.

The price per person is 75 euros including beverage.
