Meeting with Moreno Cedroni

This week Moreno Cedroni of the restaurant Madonnina del Pescatore in Senigallia is the protagonist of Italian & International Best Chefs and of today’s lecture open to the public at 4.00 pm always at Identità Expo.

Cedroni was born in Ancona in 1964 and entered into the world of restaurants twenty years later... not as a chef but as the owner of the restaurant Madonnina. Little by little he was charmed by cooking and the meeting with Ferran Adrià in 1995 was of great importance to him. Few chefs are able to cook seafood as he does.

Not only in his main restaurant but also in the Clandestino, in the natural park of Conero, in the fish shop Anikò in Senigallia, in the Clandestino on the Mauritius island and in the City of London in the Moreno at Baglioni.
