Life is sweet, says Gianluca Fusto. "Life is sweet" is also the title of the class given by the great pastry-chef from Milan, the first of a series of five from now until October.
The class is given within the calendar of Identità Expo in the free space of "Scuola di cucina" on Sunday afternoon. Fusto, born in 1975, after completing the Hotel Management School in Milan made the encounter which would have changed his perspectives: he met Aimo Moroni, among his teachers with Enrico Parassina, Yann Duytsche and Frédéric Bau of the Valrhona School in Tain l’Hermitage, where he has been working for a long time as the only foreign professor. In 2008 he established the Gianluca Fusto Consulting.
The Scuola di Cucina is organized by ConviviumLab.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
