Russian Vladimir Mukhin, of restaurant White Rabbit in Moscow, is the protagonist of this week’s “Italian & International Best Chefs” series, with the best chefs cooking at Identità Expo from Wednesday till Sunday, both at lunchtime and in the evening. He’s also the protagonist of today’s presentation to the public, at 4 pm in the Identità Expo building.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations...
