Each week Italian & International Best Chefs proposes a special event the guest chef of the Identità Expo kitchen from Wednesday to Sunday tests himself also in a four-handed duet with a foreign colleague on Saturday night.
Francesco Apreda, the protagonist player this week of Italian & International Best Chefs, today measures his skill against the German Matthias Schmidberger of the restaurant Cà d’Oro at the Hotel Kempiski Grand Hotel des Bains in Sankt Moritz, 1 Michelin star. Born in Naples in 1974 Apreda shows a style linked to tradition even though extremely creative, mainly as regards cooking techniques and assembly. As for Schmidberger, he proposes a cuisine which is a love declaration to the Mediterranean Sea.
The price per person is 75 euros including beverage.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
