Elle a Tavola, the first female monthly magazine dedicated to cooking and lifestyle, presents "Cooking Lessons", a series of meetings held every two weeks to talk about food, the art of mise en place and the pleasure of hosting with readers and Expo visitors.
During the exhibition, Identità Expo will invite special guests and offer entertainment such as show cooking and tastings. Elle a Tavola is a Hearst Magazines Italia magazine dedicated to a woman who loves food, appreciates the pleasure of hosting dinners, who enjoys the latest news as presented through Elle’s unique style.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
