One of the most anticipated restaurant projects in the English capital will be launched in the autumn, with Colagreco leading three restaurants in the hotel, which will also host a new Langosteria

Driven by the decoding of nature and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, Mauro Colagreco, the acclaimed Italian-Argentinian chef behind Mirazur on the Côte d'Azur, is kind of a culinary Porsche with no brakes paving a brilliant course in pursuit of culinary excellence. His next step is an exceptional partnership with Raffles London at The OWO where he will launch this autumn three dining experiences: Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO, Saison and Mauro’s Table, showcasing the UK’s best organic produce sourced daily from farms, fields, and shores across the country.

His signature restaurant, Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO, will highlight his passion towards sustainability in creative dishes, Mauro’s Table will offer private dining for up to 20 guests. with a special focus on hyper-local and hyper-seasonal ingredients, telling the story of the British Kingdom through a menu that reveals more than 70 heritage varieties of fruits and vegetables and at Saison, he will put a contemporary spin on the hotel restaurant serving seasonal Mediterranean cuisine throughout the day, reflecting chef Mauro’s philosophy and commitment to seasonal cuisine.

The unique dining experiences will be set at the monumental Grade II listed building and in choosing Raffles London as his home in the capital, Colagreco explains: «The incredible location, combined with the professionalism of the Raffles London team, convinced me that this was the ideal time and place to launch for the first time in London with concepts that will be tailor-made for Raffles».
