His next step is an exceptional partnership with Raffles London at The OWO where he will launch this autumn three dining experiences: Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO, Saison and Mauro’s Table, showcasing the UK’s best organic produce sourced daily from farms, fields, and shores across the country.
The unique dining experiences will be set at the monumental Grade II listed building and in choosing Raffles London as his home in the capital, Colagreco explains: «The incredible location, combined with the professionalism of the Raffles London team, convinced me that this was the ideal time and place to launch for the first time in London with concepts that will be tailor-made for Raffles».
