After the great success of the first three editions, the Milano FOOD&WINE Festival returns from Saturday 7th until Monday 9th of February, an event dedicated to the great protagonists of wine and signature cuisine. Once again, it will be a not-to-be-missed journey to discover the best products and some of the most interesting Italian chefs.
There will be 300 wines selected by Helmuth Köcher, President and Founder of the Merano Wine Festival, an event that for over 20 years now has been considered by professionals and enthusiasts as a point of reference in the wine business. The public will thus be able to enjoy an exceptional overview of the best national and international production on top of having the privilege of meeting the producers in person. And since there is nothing more natural than pairing a good wine with a delicious dish, the gastronomic programme, this year, is as rich as ever….
For three days, at lunchtime and suppertime, 19 chefs invited by Paolo Marchi, creator of Identità Golose, the international congress dedicated to signature cuisine and pastry-making, will alternate themselves, presenting dishes inspired by the theme “Flavours and colours of the Expo“ that the public will be able to buy and enjoy at the Festival's restaurant.
