Design lovers, Italian and foreign professionals in this sector but also anyone who is curious to see all the novelties in the field of furnishing, technology and architecture, are warming up for Milan’s most intense week of the year, that of Salone del Mobile.
In seven days’ time, the city will experience the Fuori Salone and will be livened up with installations and artworks, showrooms will change their look completely and the city will be filled with life and events. On the very occasion of the most important event of the year, even signature cuisine will set a date with interested people and fanatics, with a totally new event: RCS, in collaboration with Identità Golose, has created a high cuisine itinerary mixing design with a flavoursome journey which will liven up the evenings of Wednesday 10th, April 11th and Friday 12th April. The FOOD&DESIGN event will involve 10 kitchen showrooms to which 13 chefs were assigned. These will prepare their small dishes of great cuisine for the public, following a specific theme: from rice to couscous including vegetarian creations, meat and fish preparations and even the unmissable dessert.
