Identità Naturali with Daniela Cicioni.
The section Identità Golose has devoted for years to vegetarian, vegan, and raw cuisine in short all those forms of cooking which are changing our eating habits will feature Cicioni as its guest star. Landscape architect from Como, passionate about nature and cooking, Cicioni has been working as a chef since 2007 (however she sometimes does without it: she is also a raw chef aside from being vegan). She got her diploma of “natural chef” at La Sana Gola School; she worked as a chef until 2012 at the Botanical Center of Milan. Now she is a consultant, a freelance chef and teacher of vegan and raw cuisine.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
