Three more days and the highly awaited Expo will debut, so we need to feed the expectations with al the details that have allowed us to create Identità Expo, a thrilling adventure that will keep us company, every day, for 6 months in a row.
This overview of the sponsors who will keep us company along the entire journey had to start with S.Pellegrino, main partner and, on top of that, the only food partner to have a double partnership, with Expo and Padiglione Italia. The S.Pellegrino brand is the one marking the “greatest signature cuisine restaurant in the world”, a real celebration of good food and its protagonists that has been going on for 11 years, as long as the collaboration between this brand and Identità. The programme of S.Pellegrino at Identità Expo is extremely rich, what with cooking shows, talk shows and special events. Among all, there’s the Young Chef of the Year contest, a project which, in its first edition, saw the involvement of over 3 thousand young chefs from all over the world. The conclusion will take place on Friday 26th of June, with the election of the best young chef in the world.

Thanks to the partnership with
Grana Padano, another historic partner of
Identità, a rich selection of valued guests enters the picture, all focused on the analysis of nutrition-related themes. With convivial aperitifs on the
Identità Expo terrace, events with nutritionists and sports people and continuous tastings and cooking shows with international chefs.
The constant presence of Monograno Felicetti will offer the chance to restate, once again, the compatibility between high quality dry pasta and signature cuisine, between precious tradition and the most advanced experiments. The early programme includes events dedicated to the world of durum wheat, signed by Andrea Ribaldone, Christian Milone, Andrea Aprea. And many other protagonists will follow.

The entrance of
Cappellini among the sponsors of Identità is a powerful one. This design company with a high level of innovation has made a series of fantastic pieces of furniture available: from the iconic
Wanders’ Tulip armchairs by
Marcel Wanders and
Garment by
Benjamin Hubert to the sculpted
Revolving Cabinet containers by
Shiro Kuramata, from the
Cloud bookshelves by the
Bouroullec brothers to the still famous
Fronzoni ’64 tables. We will listen to lessons (and eat) in beautiful and convivial spaces.
There will be a large space dedicated to wine too, thanks to Italia del Vino, a consortium uniting twelve among the most important Italian wineries: Cantina Lunae, Cantine Ferrari Fratelli Lunelli, Sartori, Zonin, Gruppo Italiano Vini, Librandi, Marchesi di Barolo, Medici Ermete, Santa Margherita, Drei Donà – Tenuta la Palazza, Terredora. They will be the ones signing the daily wine list, paired with the menus of the super chefs.
Andrea Sartori, new president at Consorzio Italia del Vino
A final thanks goes to
Cbi, acronym of
Consorzio customer to business interaction, which manages the technical infrastructure supporting the interconnection and communication exchange of the associated financial institutes with their clients for the supply of “Servizio CBI”, “Servizio CBILL” and “Servizi di Nodo CBI”. An open structure counting already 580 financial institutes.
