The “Great Italy at the Table” dinner will be prepared by Caterina Ceraudo (Dattilo, Strongoli), best female chef for Michelin Italia 2017), farmer-chef Chris Fischer (Bettlebung Farm, Chilmark), Michele Carter, executive chef at Barbara Lynch Gruppo and Michael Schlow (Doretta Tavern, Boston). The dinner costs 150 dollars, tickets can be bought online. Once again Eataly will host the event. In this case, it will be the store opened by Farinetti’s corporation inside Prudential Center, in Back Bay, on November 29th 2017. It’s the fourth opened in the United States after Eataly Flatiron and Downtown in New York and Eataly Chicago.
