Three-starred Niko Romito is the protagonist of this week’s “Italian & International Best Chefs” series, with the best chefs cooking at Identità Expo from Wednesday till Sunday, both at lunchtime and in the evening. He will present the culinary offer of his successful Spazio format. The chef and his team will also be the focus of today’s presentation to the public at 4 pm in the Identità Expo building.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant.
