Noma: past, present and future

In a short film, Redzepi explains the reasons behind his moving to a new, ambitious urban farm

In the video, just published on Vimeo (it lasts 9' and 26''), René Redzepi sums up 12 years at Noma and announces the next important projects: closing at the end of December 2016, temporarily moving to Sydney until April 2016 and reopening in 2017 in Copenhagen inside a large farm around which they will be able to source many ingredients in the menu (Video produced by Fantomfilm, music by Efterklang, photography by Ditte Isager, drones droner.dk)

«At the end of December 2016 we will run our last service Noma. In 2017 we will move to an urban farm where we can grow most of the products we will cook».
