On the occasion of Mad Symposium in Sydney, Massimo Bottura presented Food for Soul, a charity organisation founded with the goal of fighting food waste, a natural evolution of the Refettorio Ambrosiano project. The organisation will mostly focus on raising funds to renovate abandoned places and transform them into soup kitchens. As of June, Food for Soul will also collaborate with the soup kitchen at Antoniano in Bologna and plans to create Refettorio Rio de Janeiro
