Roberto Flore, born in 1982, is a Sardinian explorer of the great North. His journey began at 4, in Seneghe, a village north of Oristano: the aroma of wild herbs and of the wood oven, his grandmother kneading bread with her hands. His great passion for food starts here. A diploma as an agriculture technician allows him to meet what he defines «The roots of food». The adventure in the kitchen begins. The meeting with great mentors in Italy will mark his journey deeply and will guide him to see the history of food in a holistic way. He contaminates and blends his travels, stories and flavours with his Sardinia, and it is thanks to this that he arrives at the Nordic Food Lab in Copenhagen, where since June 2014 he’s the head chef in the vibrating research laboratory.
